Nice refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ice maker is my main concern about this refrigerator do to ice is made in the freezer section instead of the main cabin of the refrigerator. In turn allowing more room in the main fridge.

Keep away from Samsung.

Purchased in January 2025 for my new house under construction. Connected the refrigerator in June and next day it leaked and did a lot of damage. Called Samsung for repair and 3 months passed and still waiting for Samsung warranty fix my refrigerator.

not worth the price!

We love the look and functionality of your Bespoke refrigerator, however, within the first year the ice maker broke. Now it appears there is something wrong with the compressor (just three years old). The problem is there are no available repair techs in our area even though we live in a larger metropolitan area.

Worst service ever. Long time customer - no more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Showed up with a door problem that was simple, but Samsung refused to fix. After waiting for three months, they changed the install date which caused a vacation to be rescheduled. Samsung does not compensate for poor planning on their part. Samsung then refused to help me on the phone or chat with the non-functional fridge. I have seven case numbers and chat transcripts to prove it. The fridge might be nice, but service/support is horrific.
