I love how the ice machine creates 2 types of ice and I can choice what time I want the machine start and stop making ice. My next favorite thing about this fridge is the drink center being separate but still in the fridge. You get two options, a water pitcher that fills automatically and a water fountain that produces cold water. Now these things make this fridge worth every penny but what makes it worth telling everyone to purchase this specific fridge is the front screen. I love the A.i. feature and the abutonjae my Alexa in the kitchen. I literally listen to music, audio books and/or watch movies!!!! This was just pure genius. Also I can check my fridge while I’m in the store to see if I need to pick up anything. It always tracks expiration dates on food which I’m terrible at doing. I just love this fridge and its simplicity and functionality! I love how it tracks how much energy we use and when to change the water filter.

We love the autofill water pitcher, the way the French doors can be set to automatically open, the roominess of the entire and the deli door. We are still figuring out everything on the family hub, but so far it has been pretty intuitive. Thanks Samsung for a great product!

The only negatives so far are the manual doesn't give enough info, so there's lots of trial and error, and it doesn't work with certain apps like Blink. Other than that, it seems to be a good product. If anything changes, I will update this review.

The camera inside and AI to keep track of groceries is awesome. It is easy to find what you are looking for when opening doors either on top or bottom. Also has the AI power management that you can turn on and will save you money and extend the life of the refrigerator.

I enjoy it nonetheless. It keeps food fresh. Drinks cold. The beverage center is my favorite part. I load it with some sodas. I don’t think bottles fit unless you adjust the shelves. Haven’t tried. The indoor pitcher is wonderful. The push to fill isn’t cold enough for me, but the pitcher makes up for it. The smart screen is helpful. Bixby is useful for timers while cooking. I like that I have options to follow recipes it finds on the internet. I can control smart house devices. The freezer has enough space and keeps items frozen well. The small ice and large ice is also another feature I enjoy. I think it also saves a lot of money on energy compared to my last refrigerator. I use the drawer for deli meats and cheese. Just things for sandwiches so I don’t have to get into the actual refrigerator. Overall I enjoy the refrigerator. It’s much smaller than my last refrigerator, but for a counter depth it has more space than I expected. I would recommend it.

I purchased the Samsung Bespoke 29 cu. ft. 4 Door French Door Refrigerator, Model RF90F29EECRAA , on January 13th, 2026. From the beginning, my experience with this product has been far from what I expected. Even during the initial purchase, the product I received did not match what I ordered. Although I provided clear evidence of the mistake, I never received my full refund for the incorrect item. That was my first sign that things were not going smoothly. Once the correct refrigerator arrived, I hoped everything would finally be fine. For a few months, the unit worked as expected. However, on Wednesday, May 27th, after a Samsung software update that occurred in the early morning hours, the freezer section began to fail. Before the update, the freezer performed normally. After the update, it could only cool slightly but would not freeze anything. This caused all my stored food to spoil, which was extremely disappointing for a refrigerator that is less than six months old. I reached out for assistance, hoping for guidance or clarity on why a software update would affect the freezer’s performance. Instead, I found myself dealing with explanations that did not match the reality of what happened. It was difficult to understand why a product update would lead to such a significant drop in performance, especially for an appliance designed to protect food. Having lived in South Korea, I am familiar with how Samsung products are typically supported and maintained. In Korea, product issues are handled with urgency and professionalism. Experiencing such a difference here in the United States has been surprising and concerning, especially for a brand known worldwide for its technology and innovation. It is also hard to ignore how often extended warranties are promoted. After experiencing a major issue in under six months, it raises questions about long‑term reliability. A refrigerator should not struggle this early in its lifespan, especially after a routine update. Overall, the combination of the initial ordering issue, the incomplete refund, and the sudden freezer failure after a software update has made me question the consistency and dependability of this product. I truly expected better from Samsung.
