Started out bad, arrived 2 weeks after ordering and one week after another bike we ordered at the same time. Box was destroyed cut in two and retapped with holes throughout\, we took pics before opening (just in case) bike came through relatively well considering, seat had tears and a few cardboard rubs on frame otherwise it survived shipping. We took both out a few times now with no issues however this is NOT for mountain riding we did not buy this for mountains we got it for light trails and it seems to be doing the job intended. Walmart credited us for the seat so we are ok with what we got for what we paid.

Good size for anyone. Great suspension. Just make sure enough air is in the tires before riding. Get a pump with a meter.

I ordered this bike online and when I removed it from the box, I noticed that the frame had a 2 inch scratch in the Mongoose sticker. Overall, I am pleased with the quality and performance of the bike. Will definitely need to buy a more comfortable seat.

This is supposed to be woman's bike, but the frame is so short that I keep hitting my knees on the handlebars. I am an average height for a woman so I did not expect this to be a problem;I need to get a different bike now
