I like that the vacuum is lighter than my other shark. I don't like that it doesn't hold up well. It is less than a year old and I had to replace the wand and now I am needing to replace the hose which equals the price of a new vacuum. Another annoying thing is the cord is located on the right side so for a right handed person it gets in the way. The cord is also shorter than my other shark vacuum. Since I own a cleaning business I would not buy this one again. My husband and son also use it and they can be kind of rough on equipment so it's not really built to last.

Bought one in Feb 2024 and by Oct of 2025 it has stopped working. From the start the attachments never stayed on and even with regular cleaning it stopped working in under 2 years. Also during use it would have a lot of dust that would be expelled from the cracks of the machine.

Does NOT have the power to do a good cleaning job well. It captures hair but always going over the floor 3-4 times and battery power diminishes fast. Very disappointed but unable to return as I recycled the boxes. Hope this helps next buyer on a battery operated vacuum.

Love this vacuum! Great for picking up pet hair! Only downside is sometimes the underneath gets clogged, so that needs cleaned out, but it's easily fixable. Overall, I'm pleased and have had this vacuum since May 2024.

This vacuum did not even last 1 year, and it's just normal vacuuming in a 1-bedroom apartment, don't waste your money
