Excellent Tire/ Good Price

This is a nice tire in an affordable price range (at least for me). I am on my second set of these tires. They have held up well and the ride comfort is good. Its no the most expensive tire and its not the least expensive tire. Good all around tire for the money.

Best tire for small SUV!!!

I drive a 2009 Honda CR-V EX FWD. I decided to get goodyears again since they've always kept me safe and have never let me down, these tires have completely changed the driving dynamic of my car. The ride is so smooth. Road noise is still there but not as obvious as my old tires which were the assurance fuel max. These assurance all season tires have a great looking and quiet tread pattern! I just hope i can get the entire mileage out of this set unlike my fuel max tires.

Very good value for the money.

Well, they COULD stand a little more "forward bite" in winter weather. However, I have never been able to break them loose under braking conditions. Have them on two vehicles now, and the Buick could stand a new set. I likely will replace them with the same tire. It's an older vehicle, I don't plan on keeping it much longer than I can find a replacement. But I will have to replace the tires before I replace the car. I will be buying them again.

like these so far

So far so good. Haven't had a chance to drive in any real weather with these so far. The ride is much better than the tires I had on before so that is all I can rate for now. I will have to see how the winter traction is before I can give a full experienced rating.

Great quality. A bit loud.

Great quality. Had them put on and took off for a 3k mile road trip. They are wearing great. Excellent traction even through some torrential downpours. Not looking forward to winter but hopefully they will perform well in the snow. They are noticeably louder then my previous tires but worth it for the wear and traction.

Bad experience with tires - Store or Product fault - unknown

Unfortunately, my experience with Good Year Assurance tires was not a grand as many others. On August 5, 2016, I purchased an allegedly new set of Good Year Assurance tires. October 2016, I returned to the location because my tire pressure light was on. I was advised that external factors such as weather and my residential parking could be a factor. I've averaged getting free air at the location of purchase at least every two to three months, and had the tires rotated as recommended. June 2018, upon getting an oil changed, I was advised that I needed tires. I'd bought Good Year Assurances tires, P225/65R/17, with a 70K miles tread life, and I had under 30k miles on the tires. August 4, 2018, I go for a tire rotation at the store of purchase, and am told that the associate could not service my tires, and my only option for their services would be to buy a new set of tires at 70% of the original purchase price.

Do not purchase!

Original tires were purchased January 2017. Beginning in Nov/Dec 2017 through Feb 2018, I experienced 10 separate puncture incidents resulting in having to repair and/or replace tires, including recently replaced tires! A total of five tires were replaced under vendor's road hazard warranty. The final visit and replacement (2/10/18) found limestone gravel inside the tire. The vendor cancelled any future replacement due to excessive use of warranty. I do not take this vehicle "off-road" but rural gravel roads & driveways are normal. These tires are not durable.

I wish I would have bought tires that I had replaced

I guess these tires are ok. They are nothing compared to my old replaced tires. I have not used them in the winter yet. I am actually thinking about ordering the tires I replaced and selling these. These tires are doing their job, I am disappointed in them looks wise and comfort in ride wise. I don't have a hundred miles on them, anyone want to buy these? Lol!

Comfortable Ride

Customer service is great. The Salesman explain everything and make sure you understand. And please everyone buy the warranty, my son didn't and his wife brand new tires one of them got a metal object in it. Where the tire couldn't be repair . it had to be replaced. So it worth buying the insurance.

Overall good tire

I've had these tires for about 3 weeks and have driven through rain, snow, and ice. They are great in the rain and snow. The traction is very good. The roads were a bit icy the other day and my car was sliding a few times which concerned me but overall the tires work well.
