I switched from Verizon, hated their service and the bill was so high! Switched my entire family at the AT&T Kiosk to the unlimited premium plan. Best service and Hot spot. Got the iPhone 14 for free. Love it never getting Verizon again.

9 months now of being overcharged AND not credited for trade-in of 5 phones that AT&T has. Over 20 calls and 5 visits to stores, hours of time wasted, and no resolution. Buyer beware don't buy your phones at Sam's.
