I needed many more pieces of the paper towel to dry hands, dishes, counters. It wound up costing me more than the name brand I usually buy because I needed three or more sheets of Member’s Mark paper towels rather than one sheet of Bounty. Very disappointed.

Paper towels are just a good as others that are a little more expensive. However, Sam's has gotten so expensive now I'm thinking maybe I should just not renew my membership. Not really saving that much anymore. Kroger & Walmart have sales all the time, so I can get better pricing by shopping the sales paper & using coupons.

Members Mark brand used to be good quality, but I guess the business majors have ruined another one. The quality is only a step above the cheap dollar store brand paper towels, and they run out faster - whether from having to use more, or less on the roll, I'm not certain. The thickness of the towel has also diminished, as has the 'feel' of the paper. Previously, they were on par with Bounty, but now they are struggling to match Brawny.

These are my go-to paper towels. They are super durable, absorbant and dependable! I use them to clean everything from the bathroom to the kitchen at home and even those nasty messes around the farm! They perform great when cleaning those stuck on messes I have to scrub! I dont have to worry about them deteriorating in my hand like other name brand paper towels do.

2/26/18 For years I purchased Bounty paper towels. When Select-a-Size came along several years ago, I used that form of Bounty. While in my local Sam’s Club one day another shopper grabbed the Members Mark brand and commented to me that he liked these better than Bounty & they were certainly less expensive. I decided to give Members Mark a go and I’ve not looked back. I try to purchase the select-a-size version of these paper towels because I feel they’re stronger than Bounty & can be composter. Occasionally I choose the ‘wrong’ Members Mark type of paper towels & end up with the larger sheets. So watch out for that if you prefer one type over the other. Over the years the price of these paper towels has risen. I wish Sam’s Club would back off some and give us a real value & a MUCH better price than what they are nowadays & much better than Bounty. Thanks.

Low on some products. But no boxes for carry out. When you have multiple items it’s bad to have to put one at a time in the car or carry them in the house. At least cosco has boxes I’m not sure I’m going to renew my membership. It seems you are really going down hill. Also I bought brownies for a gathering today. They looked ok but were really dry spending 20.00on pastries that were not good was such a waste. Sorry about this but you need to start accommodating your customers. I’m 80 and cannot carry a lot of items one at a time without a box

I have purchased these paper towels for years but recently have noticed a drop in quality. I use them mainly for cleaning windows and when I get to the final swipe, the paper towels leave horrible streaks and little crumbles of what I guess are pieces of towel. This means I have to start over spraying more windex, wiping with more towels, etc, until I can get the correct balance of clean and streakless finish. Before the most recent purchase this hasn’t been a problem so I am hoping it is just a bad batch. I will update my review if the quality improves.

What happened to my favorite paper towels??? These are stiff, rough feeling and DO NOT tear properly. They are the worst paper towels and I am so hoping this is a random bad batch because of it's permanent-you've lost me forever... And I LOVE my paper towels.

The product is fine, but your local driver needs to be fired. I shouldn't have to put in the "Special Instructions" box to leave the products on my front porch, which is standard, where it's visually protected from the road by bushes. Instead, they put it out in front of my garage in the wide open for all to see & risk "porch pirates" stealing my products. The distance difference is merely 20 feet. That's lazy & unacceptable.
