These used to be my go-to paper towels. They were better than any others I’d tried and not ridiculously expensive, which is a rare combo. Absorbent, sturdy, did the job with one sheet. Loved them..... Unfortunately, something has clearly changed in how they’re made. The material is noticeably thinner now, and I have to use twice as many to do the same job. I bought two packs before realizing, which is a bummer. Once I finish these, I’ll be switching brands. I’m genuinely sad they changed them, this was one of those products you didn’t have to think about anymore… until now.

This paper towel used to be of great quality until recently. Not only were the graphics changed for the packaging, but the quality had taken a turn for the worst. Yes, the paper towels are softer, but the absorbency is NOT up to par anymore. Why change a good thing. Please, go back to the quality this paper towel once had. Please!

I have been loyal to this paper towel for many many years. UNTIL this new packaging obviously meant changes on the product as well! This change apparently happened to save the company money - these towels are made cheaper, feel cheaper, tear apart from the roll all kinds of crazy, not as absorbent. Might as well buy the super cheapo paper towels from the grocery store - feels, looks and acts like that cheapo quality!

This used to be a great paper towel, but the last package I purchased I noticed how much thinner they were. I’m now using twice as much as before. It no longer feels like a two-ply towel. Until they can fix this, I’ll be switching back to Bounty. I can no longer justify any cost savings :(

I enjoy ordering products from Sam's. I love the members Mark paper towels.I buy the select a size and truly enjoy them.They are as thick as the higher priced name brand paper towels. I use a lot of them with three grandsons.Thank you for this product and thank you for allowing me to have them delivered to my home.I have been a member for many years and want to continue for the rest of my life.

First off, I'm not a review writer. We have used Bounty for YEARS. I finally decided to give the Members Mark Towels a try. I seriously don't notice ANY difference. So with that, here's the math I plugged before I purchased. Posting to save others time: Sam's 15 rolls x 150 sheets; 95.5 square meters - $18.48 = $.19/s.m. Bounty 12 rolls x 120 sheets; 58.8 square meters - $19.98 = $.34/s.m. Bounty 12 rolls x 147 sheets; 73.2 square meters - $25.98 = $.35/s.m. In other words, Bounty is almost TWICE AS MUCH! Good paper towels. But with all the stuff my girlfriend eats, it makes her go #2 a lot. Regular 2 ply toilet paper doesn’t do the job on her enormous booty. These paper towels cleans up her mess with ease. Just don’t flush them down the toilet. When she dookies she places the used roll in a plastic bag and we later use it to start our fire pit outside.

These used to be the best paper towels. I bought a package thinking they were the same paper towels we have been buying since it wasn’t marked new design. This new design is crap sheets are cheap and separate from each other. Will not be wasting my money again.

For those that don't mind being forced to buy select-a-size they are fine. If you need full sheet, Sam's quit stocking them in their brand or any other. I keep my membership primarily for papergoods and produce. Sam's is forcing me to take my business elsewhere since they are no longer stocking what I need. This "membership" just isnt worth it anymore. Disapointed.

I just bought a new pack of the Super premium paper towels. I really liked these paper towels-but I noticed right away that they were different. They are not the same...they are very rough and don't feel like they are the same quality. I had an old roll of unopened Supper Premium PT (dated March 23) and we did a comparison and it is very noticeable. The March package is soft and strong..the July package was rough and doesn't feel strong at all. Please change back...
