I’ve tried just about every paper towel on the market, from the expensive name brands to the basic grocery store versions, and I can confidently say you cannot find this level of quality at this price point anywhere else. Performance %26 Quality: • Strength: These are incredibly thick and absorbent 2-ply towels. I can usually clean up a whole spill with just one sheet where other brands would require three or four. • Texture: They have a quilted, "super premium" feel that doesn't shred or leave lint behind when I'm cleaning glass or counters. • Select %26 Tear: The "Select %26 Tear" feature is a must-have for our house; it allows us to use exactly what we need without wasting paper. Value Comparison: At $20.93 for 15 mega rolls, the value is much better than the "general" big-box or grocery stores. • The Sheets: You get 150 sheets per roll, which is significantly more than the "standard" rolls found elsewhere.  • Longevity: Because the rolls are so large (over 2,200 sheets total in the pack), I find myself restocking much less often than I used to. Bottom Line: This is one of those Member's Mark staples that makes the membership pay for itself. If you want the highest quality towel for the lowest price per sheet, this is the one to get.

I’ve been buying Sam’s paper towel brand for years and until recently it was comparable to Charming brand quality. Something happened within the last few months. Different supplier or different formulation. The result is a poor quality product. The paper is much thinner and it breaks apart easier. A year ago I would have given it 5 starts. Today it gets one.

I have owned and operated a cleaning business for 12 years now and I have always preferred Member’s Mark select a size paper towels over Bounty until Covid hit. For years they were as good if not better than Bounty and much more affordable. You can imagine how many paper towels I can go through in a day as a person who cleans houses full time for a living. Member’s Mark paper towels were hard to get for a while so when I couldn’t get them I bought Bounty. When Member’s Mark paper towels were back in stock I was really excited to get my ol faithfuls back but whatever has changed in the making of the Member’s Mark paper towels since Covid has me in a position where I have to pay more and buy Bounty because paper towels that are noticeably thinner and leave some sort of unusual residue behind will not work for my business. On every surface I clean I waste more paper towels because they’re thinner, on mirrors and glass I also waste more windex and more energy because I have to wipe over and over and over to remove the film they now leave behind. I’ve never seen a paper towel cause more of a mess than the mess I was cleaning them with. It’s very strange and very disappointing because I truly preferred Member’s Mark over any other brand before Covid. Please go back to the pre Covid formula for making Member’s Mark select a size paper towels or I will have no choice but to permanently switch to Bounty because I can’t spend money on such an inferior product.

I bought these on a few occasions hoping to like them, and I can't do it! They have a strange odor, leave lint behind, and are thinner than bounty, so you have to use more to do the same job. The only good thing about them is that they are individually wrapped. The sad part is that there are worse paper towels in the marketplace. I would recommend b/c not many people are as picky as I.

Our family, relatives, and friends have been using this product for more than 15 years every month and it has been of exceptional quality. Recently, we opened a newly purchased package and found the quality to be inferior to what it was last month. Once a thick sturdy and super absorbent paper towel and now a flimsy, super thin, awful product that rivals the super low-quality paper towel found on the shelves for fifty cents a roll. Highly disappointed and will not buy it again!!

For the past 7 years, I have religiously purchased these paper towels. I bragged about the awesome quality and the amazing price. Well, that all changed with this last batch of paper towels that I purchased. I thought that I was the only one who noticed that these paper towels were not the same. However, my husband, who never cares about things like this, mentioned how "off" these paper towels were. They do not absorb well and they even shred apart! I do not know what has changed with this batch, but I don't like it!

These are ok but they are not Bounty quality. They're cheaper so we decided to give them a try but will be going back to Bounty. They're not as thick or have as good absorption or cleaning ability. In addition, I can't stand the select-a-size paper towels. Give me my full-sized paper towels back! What is this, a communist country? lol

I have been loyal to this paper towel for many many years. UNTIL this new packaging obviously meant changes on the product as well! This change apparently happened to save the company money - these towels are made cheaper, feel cheaper, tear apart from the roll all kinds of crazy, not as absorbent. Might as well buy the super cheapo paper towels from the grocery store - feels, looks and acts like that cheapo quality!

I am very surprised by the overwheming positive reviews. I purchased these based on them and was truly dismayed. I have always purchased Bounty and, honestly, I use them for just about everything. However, these Member's Mark Paper Towels are not even in the same league. You have to use triple the number of sheets to perform half as well as Bounty. Saving money is about more than dollars and cents. The bottom line is "Value" and I fiound absoluely Zero Value buting theses "Mega Role" (joke) Towels.
