Nice Products, but Possible Reaction

I was really excited to try this product combination. The Framboos applies in a nice thin layer. The F Balm does give a bit of a cooling sensation. However, I've been experiencing some raised bumps on my areas of hyperpigmentation. I'm not sure if this is part of the Framboos peeling process or if I'm experiencing a reaction.
