Received this maybe a little more than a month ago. Better than I expected. The soft sides and top are supported by metal poles in each corner that are pulled up from the collapsed position on the bottom and snap into place. Very sturdy material.

Love it! Perfect size for my 12lb cat with room to spare for traveling! Good for small dogs, not medium. Folds flat for storage, removable fleece for washing. We have a larger size for our dog. They are soft, yet very sturdy

Very good quality, strong material and very sturdy. Only thing I wish they had done differently would have been to have the ability to secure the “fold-down” connections so the puppy would not have the tendency to chew on them.

The crate is very easy to set up and take down. Our dog really likes it. The only reason I would not give it five stars is because the mat on the floor doesn't stay put. I'm going to need to buy some Velcro for the bottom.
