Got this for Christmas and I've used it only 5 days and my back feels better each day. Highly recommend this Ironman table. My husband had it up and ready to use in about 1/2 hour. Love it !

Fast shipping. Been using for a couple weeks now and have noticed a big difference in my lower back stiffness and pain. I use twice a day for 10 minutes. My back felt a little worse and strained at first, but now is doing much better.

This is my first inversion table, after much research I decided on this one. Glad I did. Easy assemble. Weight max. is 300. I did not like my husband on it even though he is less than 300 (275). I am a female 5'6" 142 lbs. It works great. So easy to control once you get use to it. I keep my eyes shut this helps while getting use to it. Love the iControl function.

After having back issues for years, and my lower back with degenerative arthritis, I've already started getting some relief with my Ironman iControl. I'd used a much cheaper unit at a chiropractor's office years ago, and this one is far superior in every way. I try to use it twice a day, and my current chiropractor says it is showing improvements in my lower back in just the few weeks I've had it. And, it's heavy duty enough to even exercise with if I ever get my health back up to that level. It is large, but can be folded into a more compact area. The instructions were not great and seemed to be missing a couple steps, but it was still easy enough to assemble with really no problems, and no special tools. Also, it seemed a much better buy than the options I'd seen at local sports stores, costing about the same amount or less in some cases. Wish it were still available in-store and not just on-line

This is the best inversion table I have ever owned and is a steal for it's great quality.
