Excellent delicious

I really like the Cacique Brand of cheese products when I attempt recipes with a Mexican flair. This product at 2# is plenty for 2 family size casserole.....Or multiple meals for two, which ever comes first.

Great cheese at a great price

It's a good deal to get 2 large wheels of cheese for the price. Unfortunately it is flavorless, hard, and makes a squeaky noise when chewed. Not soft and crumbly like panela should be. (like the ones in the grocery.) Maybe you'll like it, I am a bit of a cheese snob.
