I have just bought it. The AC and fan works well in my apartment, which can cool down pretty well in summer. Have no chance to use the heater right now but when I try it does work.

I returned 2 of these units. It was a nightmare sopping up water that was coming from under it and while the fan ran and felt cool while you were standing in front of it, it never cooled the room. I never heard the compressor kick on so I suspect it wasn't working properly.

Leaked on my carpet and didn't cold enough for my 400 Sq. ft. room. Would not buy this product.
