I purchased this item ( two ) less than three weeks ago. They arrived in perfect condition. Used them the same week. Cupcakes turned out perfect.

Although the cupcake pan I received looks nothing like the one in the picture, it does hold 24 standard sized cupcakes/muffins and is just what I needed. What I received is made of a lighter weight aluminum, so I do wonder if it will hold up as long as my other pans have. I didn't even consider whether or not it would fit in my oven, and it just fits with no room to spare, so if you have a smaller than normal oven, this will not work for you. It arrived very quickly and I thought the price was very reasonable. It's so nice being able to cook an entire batch of cupcakes at one time!

great product overall cost to much - can buy two twelve cups for approximately $8.00 - but I can use this size at my restaraunt easier than two smaller ones

It works very well. I really like this product. What I don't understand or like is that I spend about half the price on shipping. If I could have it shipped to the store for pick up with no shipping cost like most stores then I would by twice as many. I wish they would change that.

I purchased this cupcake pan and the first time I used it, the nonstick coating started to come off in numerous spots.. and it was handwashed ! I wouldn't suggest purchasing based upon the coating coming off in the first use...
