Hubby and I each got one to replace matching chairs and while it's only been a short time, we're both very happy with our purchase. I assembled them and while I know my way around a tool box they were easy to put together and the instructions were very good. So I believe anyone could assemble these with ease. Often self assembly items have wonky fittings or screws that just don't fit well. NOT SO this time. Everything seemed very well made. As for the comfort of the chair and how it's performing so far. We're very happy. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the lumbar support and how it flexes when I lean back in the chair. It felt a bit odd at first just because it was unfamiliar but now it's probably my favorite thing. The chair overall is very comfortable and the number of possible adjustment points is just right.

I work 8 hours in this chair every day, at the end of the day my back does not hurt unlike my previous chair. The airs raise which allow me to push the chair under my desk which is AWESOME and doesn't take up as much room that way. This chair makes me sit with my back straight which is what I need. This isnt a lounge chair, its a chair for working in. If you need to sit at a desk for hours a day 5-6 days a week, you will love this chair.

I bought this brown chair online at the Sam's Club website because the local store only had it in black color. So far I have had no complaints about it. They even provided free delivery. I use it on a daily basis whenever I use my computer.

We were looking for a couple of chairs, with a small budget, to replace some older ones we had that were worn down. We saw these in our local Sam's and felt like they would work. We had to order them online and had them delivered within a few days, free shipping, which was nice. The chairs sit higher than I expected, so knee room became an issue. The chair adjusts very well though. Being used to sitting most chairs to the max, it required a small adjustment period to get the height I was comfortable with. It is comfortable to sit in, moves nicely across carpet and hardwood. The arm rests lift up so that you can push the chair in under the desk when not in use, which is great. I feel the build quality could be a bit better, but for the price that we paid, compared to some other high end chairs, it is probably about right.

Bought the chair for my wife 4 months ago and is already cracking and breaking on the seat with only limited use.
