Not very filled, no flavor. Very bland and rubbery texture.

We eat these regulary with a couple of bags of frozen cauliflower rice - delish, however last night we served  them as leftovers in a delicious chicken broth with grated cabbage stir fried with sesame oil (1 T), orange juice (1 t), soy sauce(2 T), rice wine vinegar(2 T), garlic (3 cloves) and ginger (1 1/2 T) So yummy.
