The dumplings come in trays of 15 frozen in a perfect tray with just the right amount of liquid. You just unwrap it and put it in the skillet. I've bought other brands that have the dumplings individually frozen and jumbled together, they break and don't sit well in the pan. These are well designed to be properly cooked. They are so delicious!

Cooked to perfection was super easy. They were not mushy at all. We are definitely buying more of these. I wasn't sure when I started, but correct amount of water and oil for us. Did turn up the temperature a bit, not much. Also did let them sit maybe 2 min in the pan off the heat while getting table set.

I grew up in Asia enjoying not only eating potstickers but helping my mom make them for a meal from time to time. I go to Asian supermarkets in my area, but excellent quality potstickers are hard to come by even there. However, you used to have one of the best potstickers, I don't remember the brand name though, in your store years ago before this brand. I wish you had them back. For this particular one, its overall quality is good. I like its thin skin approach along with its good quality contents. The only problem is that the skin texture is too fragile and overly soft when it's cooked. There are three ways to cook potstickers; boil, steam, and pan-fry. This one is kind of mimicking the third method, pan-frying, and you would want them to be crispy both sides without breaking the skin. It fails in this regard.

These are okay. I'm not a fan of the EZ ice on them. An the sauce is super vinegary. These take a good 20 minutes to make. You have to put them in a pan let the ice melt and then get good and hot ..I rinsed one off cause it had some scummy stuff ...kinda like what comes off spaghetti, rinsed the pan as well then sprayed with a little olive oil and turned the heat up and replaced the pot stickers in the pan and got one side good and crispy. Ended up adding some regular low sodium soy sauce to half a packet of the sauce that comes with it. Also I would prefer pork over chicken in a dumpling/potstickers/ wontons as they tend to be more flavorful. Bibigo Brand is our absolute Favorite Brand and from now on I'll probably just stick to those. These are more hassle than they are worth if I am being honest.

As an Asian it's pretty good. According to other reviews have some issue with being too mushy and need to be thawed. You don't need to thawe it, just put it in a hot pan and let it cook, don't even touch it until the bottom getting crispy. The more crispy it is the easier you gonna get them out in whole piece and won't be mushy at that time.

Our family became obsessed with potstickers after our trip to San Francisco. After searching high and low for potstickers similar to the ones from SF Chinatown, we found them at Sam's club. I used to drive 60 miles to our closest Sam's Club to buy them. Please bring back this amazing Potstickers.

Bought this recently, I absolutely love the versatility of it and its super easy to make, I love that It was low effort because sometimes when you just want a snack or even something to fill your hunger this is something I would reach for especially for days I don't want to cook and want something quick. The best way to make it is on the stove of course but using a lid to cover the whole time up until it crisps at the bottom, you can flip it if you want to as well to crisp the other sides. The taste it is a Pro and a Con; I can say it is pretty good for a store bought frozen dumpling, it is not amazing which I wasn't expecting them to be, it is bland yes by themselves but even when going to some restaurants it can also turn out that way as well but you pay more for them. I would suggest to add more flavor through sauces such as soy sauce or whatever sauce you like to normally dip your dumplings in. If you want to be real creative you can possibly put them in your soup and turn them into stuffed soup dumplings, which with any good flavorful broth it can make these dumplings much better. These are great for those who are creative in the kitche and I definitely know i will be creating ways to make the dumplings delicious. If you are not so skilled in the kitchen and prefer to just eat them as is I would say go for them and try it out and see if it is something you like and if you feel like you can invest a few extra minutes to customize your flavors I say go for it! if you don't always have time that is ok too, with good quality soy sauce it will make these very tasty.

Even though I have been eating these for 8-10 years, I felt like I should post a review. I haven't seen these in stores for 3-4 weeks and it's is very disappointing. These are the best store bought dumplings I have ever had, and nothing is close. I hope these come back!
