Ok, not impress

The potsticker skin is thin like it should be, but not too thin. Most others are thick and hard to eat. Chewy. The filling is delicious. Seasoning is not overdone. All I do is sprinkle a tiny bit of powdered ginger on the tops of the potstickers at the very begining of cooking. I love the taste of ginger with the potstickers. Goes very well together. Very little though. Ginger is easy to over use. Fast and easy to prepare, I am definately hooked !!
