I'm on that search to find the perfect protein that taste good with just water, is low calprie, high fiber and doesn't make me super gassy. The good news is this protien powder got everything on that list except the taste. I haven't really every liked vegan protiens, they just taste too earthy and this protien was sadly the same. I liked everythibg else about it. So i will continue to try it other ways, maybe with milk? Or in protien waffles. I'm disappointed I can't enjoy it mixed with just water.

There weren't any lumps when mixing but it did sink to the bottom of shaker a little bit. There was a slightly grainy texture but not as much as other Vegan protein powders. For cooking it's perfect for items like chips!

This protein actually tastes pretty good, it is hard to tell that it is an organic protein rather than a whey protein. It definitely helps too with getting some veggie and fruit servings

I've got a soy intolerance, and most other protein powders make me sick to my stomach. This one does not. The powder dissolves well and is not gritty. The taste is neutral to slightly vanilla flavored. It is so subtle that you can mask it with whatever else you put in it. Usually, I shake two scoops of this, with a scoop of peanut butter flavoring an some frozen bananas. Blend for 45 seconds and go.
