I love King Arthur Flour! It is constantly perfect for all of my baking needs. Most recently it before my sourdough feeder.

I've been using this flour for many years. It makes my breads fluffy and pastry dough flaky and tender. I like that this is unbleached flour also. The King Arthur Bread Flour is also an excellent choice.

I love King Arthur flours. So I jumped at the chance to get a 10lb bag. However, shipping the delicate package resulted in flour escaping from the package. I come to this conclusion because the package was dented at the corners. So for now I will buy my Flour in the store.

Only flour I use. Arrived in a box with several holes due to the way they packaged and shipped it. A big waste.

One bag of flour was open and all other items in box were covered with flour. Finally got it all cleaned. Not good.
