OMG. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. WHY did you mess with success? This new "clean wave" doesn't offer the same cleaning "friction" as the old wave, and even worse, the paper itself is much more fragile and breaks apart immediately! If you don't change back, or offer the "classic" version as an option I'm going to have to look for another brand. I have two words to for the "the powers that be": NEW COKE. I have been a loyal purchaser of ultra clean for many many years. A couple of months ago I opened a new package to find the texture in ripple format. They were so terrible we disposed of them. I thought it was a fluke as when I returned to the store I was able to buy the original style. Much to my dismay it was not a fluke. Everything is now wavy. This product is terrible and I urge you to return to the 'original formula'. You have lost a loyal custlmer.

Hate the new wavy ripple cosmetically. The straight lines were a much nicer, cleaner look. That was one of the reasons I used it in the first place, it wasn't fancy. It's toilet paper! No need to get get creative or re-invent the wheel! Simple is always better. After fifty years, I switched brands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cottonelle toilet paper is a nice quality toilet paper, the rolls are pretty big in size and soft, I like how thick the paper is, It absorbs quick and nice. I've noticed it doesn't take as much toilet paper to give me that clean feeling.

I do not like the new wave design. It feels flat, with less texture and doesn't have that pillow softness if the ripples paper. My husband is very particular about his TP, Cottenelle Blue has been his ONLY TP since it launched. I even had to send him packages of your TP while he was deployed. It was just a great product. Sorry but the new wave doesn't compare. I'll be looking at other brands.

Over the years, I've used many types of paper to clean myself after a healthy dump. From the fancier pleated, triple ply medicated, to the simple "you better wad it up or your gonna end up with stink finger, are you sure this isn't sandpaper?" cheap stuff. Cottonelle is my brand of choice. No, it's not like wiping yourself clean with the wings of an angel, but it's close. It is really amazing the science that goes into toilet paper. You would think that the whole industry would have peeked decades ago. I mean, how many times can toilet paper be reinvented? Really, as long as it doesn't tear in the middle of the job, or there aren't large chunks of bark in it, what more can you ask it to do? Cottonelle says plenty more. Well done guys, I didn't know I needed aloe in my TP until you came along. Clean ripple technology? Outstanding, sign me up! I deducted one star because it blocked up my toilet once, but if I'm being honest, that was probably my own fault for not "preflushing". And remember, every day someone out there takes the biggest dump on the planet and doesn't even know it and Cottonelle will be ready to clean it up.

I find it to be gentle on the body and thick enough to have an overall longer lasting roll! It doesn't pill like lower quality rolls which is an added plus. I find it to be perfect for the job, would recommend to anyone searching for an effective roll.

We have been loyal customers for many, many years. The new "Clean Ripple" is AWFUL!!! Three main disappointments with this ?Clean Ripple?: 1. The rolls are smaller 2. It rips easily, not at all durable 3. It leaves a white residue?tiny pieces of lint everywhere?it is awful! If Cottonelle does not fix this problem we will be switching brands.

I really love the Mega rolls of Ultra CleanCare toilet paper.. If only I can find it. Since COVID-19 hit, shelves are empty EVERYDAY!. It you are working 24-7 and supplying stores as commercial states, then why isn't there any, no matter what style or the brand for that matter anywhere? SUGGESTION? Skip the middle-man, sell direct to consumers. We would be forever grateful. It would benefit you by keeping your loyal customers and gaining new ones for sure and benefit consumers (me) from having to keep entering these Covid-19 virus infected stores for nothing each and every day.
