I have been a huge fan of cottonelle for years, it was the only toilet tissue I would purchase because I HATE lint, and Cottonelle never used to leave lint behind. The New Wave Ripple is HORRIBLE. I am now on the hunt for new tissue and will not be finishing this package. I am so sad - as it took me many attempts to find the perfect TP (Old Version of Cottonelle) and now I have to start that process over again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The look of the toilet paper makes you think that it's soft and it's not. It was pretty rough. I didn't like the texture of the toilet paper at all. Their wipes are amazing. The toilet paper, not so much. It clogs your toilet if you use too much

I can't use other toilet paper, my skin reacts. I've used (blue package) Cottonelle for years and swore by it! Now Ripples are Waves and I'm reacting to it?!? What changed beyond the pattern? I was a very happy customer and now I'm scrambling to find a new toilet paper. Tell me what changed so I can try to avoid it in my search. I want to be a loyal customer, but I physically can't! (And I've tried the other colored packages, can't use those either.)

I see so many other customers who vastly preferred "clean ripple" to the new wavy product.... And yet all the comments are "try it you'll like it." Well, I have tried it and I do not like it at all! Please bring back the product that so many of us liked so much. I am always a careful shopper, but I was willing to pay more for "clean ripple" Cottonelle. If all I can find, however, is wavy - then I, too, will permanently stop purchasing Cottonelle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great toilet paper and I'll tell you why…it is thick and absorbent yet still soft to the touch. Doesn't cause irritation and holds together well without leaving anything behind. This is the new paper of choice for my household.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cottonelle is a pretty good toilet paper brand on its own but Cottonelle Ultra Clean toilet paper really steps their game. This toilet paper is fragrance and dye free. It's 3X thicker and stronger than regular toilet paper and has strong cleaning ripples. After trying it out, I did notice some lint left behind on my under where, which is not something I want. All in all, it's good toilet paper and will do in a pinch.

I have been a loyal purchaser of ultra clean for many many years. A couple of months ago I opened a new package to find the texture in ripple format. They were so terrible we disposed of them. I thought it was a fluke as when I returned to the store I was able to buy the original style. Much to my dismay it was not a fluke. Everything is now wavy. This product is terrible and I urge you to return to the 'original formula'. You have lost a loyal custlmer.

I feel like I didn't have to use as much as I normally do when using my normal brand. I would purchase this product if it were on sale but I don't think I would make the switch just because of my budget.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this toilet paper from influencer to try and I can say it's very soft and works great you get a good bit on each roll I would definitely recommend this to anyone trying to get a good toilet paper that is strong soft and works great definitely worth the money

We have been loyal customers for many, many years. The new "Clean Ripple" is AWFUL!!! Three main disappointments with this ?Clean Ripple?: 1. The rolls are smaller 2. It rips easily, not at all durable 3. It leaves a white residue?tiny pieces of lint everywhere?it is awful! If Cottonelle does not fix this problem we will be switching brands.
