We have 6 children and also watch my baby neice. This flooring has lasted for 2 years so far with all the parties we have(about 70+ people)! The floor barely has any scratches and kids play with their toys all the time and we even have a baby walker on it daily...There was a time when one party goer spilled beer in a corner and when I went to clean it(next morning of course when I found it), there was a bulge in the floor but after a day it dried out and went back to normal! Excellent flooring for lots of kids to play on without worrying!!! There were some defective pieces in the box and we took it to the store and had exchanges with no issues at all!!

I recently purchased and installed this floor with the help of my dad. I did buy this in club, but when I went back to buy an extra box due to imperfections on some planks, they no longer carry it. I actually went back to Sam's club for the t-moulding kit after the install, and to my surprise they do not carry the Brazilian coffee color. I asked an associate for help and he had told me they were discontinuing this shade. Kinda weird as this is one of their best sellers. We did about 180 square feet in 2 days, about 10 boxes, after work each of those days! My son's room had alot of difficult cuts around the closet doors and the main door to the room is angled. This is not our first laminate install, but we did experience very little difficulty like all other reviewers, tapping the floor into each plank. And also i had to self educate myself on the moisture barrier that had to go down before the floor. With laminate we installed before, there was no backing like this one, so we are use to using the quiet step. No big deal. My girlfriend did mention after the install, that the floor sounds alot more solid than my other son's room my dad and I also installed a year before. Overall love the floor. My only complaint is that the store does not carry it anymore, and my girlfriend loved it so much, she wanted to do our room with it as well. Oh well! On to the next one...some pictures included.

Great floor

I was a little annoyed that The price per SQFT was not honored for the largest bundle package offered online for my entire order. The largest bulk price offered was 45 boxes. I needed 58. I could not get the lower price on my entire order even though I needed more then the largest bulk price offered. Delivery was fast. The flooring is excellent. I do have several boxes however that were damaged during freight after I opened and went to install. I will see how that return process goes as I have never had to do this at Sams.

received an email stating you have this in stock, went to website and zero in stk. Need five cartons to finish job. when will you get more?

This flooring is very pretty but the groove and lock feature is more dificult to line up than other similar flooring. I put it throughout my house and it looked very nice. Unfortunately, I got some water damage and you can't get replacements. I bought extra flooring at the time but due to timing, I paid someone else to install and it disapeared when they were done.

We used this brand in our living room and hall way. Overall it looks nice. But we had a professional help us install it and it chipped and peeled away easily. First day after we installed it there was scratches. Our professional installer told us it was cheap and its to be expected but over all given our use and that we are just a couple with no children we shouldn't have too many issues with it. He did not recommend it if you have children or any animals that run around the house. I am careful when moving furniture and not to drag anything across it. I was able to get a color pen and color some of the scratches so its not real noticeable.

This is a beautiful floor, it is installed in other rooms in our home. But unfortunately Sam's club is no longer selling this floor. We bought the last 15 boxes and it wasn't enough to do the last room in our home. One of the boxes were damaged so we have to return the 15 boxes. I wish Sam's club continued to sell this floor or at least sold a replacement that is the same color. I can not recommend this floor to a friend because it is discontinued. Also, I have rated this floor as a three because it is no longer available and I have to return what I recently bought.

I Purchased this flooring a few weeks ago and it looks really great but it is a nightmare to install. The shipment was made ground shipping and over half the flooring arrived damaged. Good luck finding extra to replace it because it is completely out of stock. I am extremely dissatisfied... buyer beware.

Purchased and installed over 60 boxes of this flooring throughout my home. Read and researched this product thoroughly before we decided to put the time, money and hard work of re-doing our 3 bedrooms, living, hallway and kitchen. We decided to purchase this flooring because the thickness of the boards along with the warranty seemed like a great buy. Sadly the floor did not stand up to what the manufactures claims. We installed the floors without problems but as time has gone on (6 months) the floor seems to be falling apart. The seams of the floor where the joints meet are starting to chip, this was not due to the installation but while doing basic sweeping and moping. There's also a problem with the joints not sealing properly, there are places in the floor where the joints have expanded and are bulging. The floor does scratch so be careful when moving things around. We put felt on all of our kitchen chairs. But the biggest disappointment is that this floor does stain. The manufacturer claims these will not stain but this is simply not true. Our puppy had an accident on the floor and we immediately cleaned it up but after the floor dried we noticed a stain. We tried several different types of cleaner without success. This week we noticed our local Sam's Club is now carrying a "new and improved" flooring product from Select Surfaces that snaps the joints together. I wish they would have had that 6 months ago because this flooring is falling apart quickly!
