This ham is awesome, but the name is somewhat unappetizing. Reminds me of the word dank, which isn't a very complimentary word. But what's in a name?

Area Sam's Clubs no longer offer DAK ham slices, now sell Smithfield instead. Smithfield ham is tougher, not as ghod as DAk. And Smithfield is now owned by a Chinese company. I won't be buying any more ham at Sam's until DAK returns.

We bought this ham for our dog who was ill. We mixed it with scrambled eggs and rice. She loved it.

Very lean, tasty and plentiful ham at a very good price!!! Sliced nice and thin too.

Great for sandwiches

I love buying this ham. The cost is very reasonable & the taste is great. I love that it is in 2 packages, as opposed to one, big one. Helps keep the ham fresher. Plus, the 'zip lock' container, works & keeps the current ham that is open, fresher longer, as well. This ham does remind me of baked ham, that you will make during Christmas or Easter. One of my favorite way of eating this ham, is to make Grilled Ham & Cheese Sandwiches. I first grill the ham, put it on the bread with the cheese & then grill the whole sandwich to melt the cheese & toast the bread. Yum...Yum. Overall, this product is very good & reasonably priced.
