The laptop fell out of its case and landed on a corner leaving only a scuff to the case but full functionality. The weight is great as i carry it everywhere i go. Very pleased with the purchase.

The screen is very clear and the keyboard has good travel. The processor is very fast as are the SSD drives. A great laptop for traveling and for working from home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my gram 14. It charges incredibly fast, it holds charge for incredibly long (not quite what it's advertised at, but not bad at all), it can handle gaming, has a huge amount of storage, and works just beautifuly with it's stylus. It's light enough to easily hold with one hand, so I can walk and work if the need arises. Huge number of ports for how thin it is, and I use all of them including the HDMI and audio jack, but the two USB-A ports are the real heros. Tablet mode is intuitive and the switch is fairly seamless. The keyboard is comfortable. The price was high, but far more reasonable than most of the 2-in-1s I compared it to, and realy a pretty good deal for all the features it sports. The pre-downloaded LG guide has great tips, and led me to some neat features like setting the battery to only charge to 80% in order to lengthen overall battery life. Honestly, one of the biggest plusses is the LG warranty and customer service, they are wonderful. My charger broke after a few months (it is a very thin connection point, maybe a little flimsier than ideal). It's a hard charger to find on it's own, which would've been a pain, but when I sent in a request for service on the LG website, Khrizzia's reply was prompt, friendly, and helpful, and within 2 weeks I'd received my new charger. There was no massive fight, or long wait, or hidden service fees. Added bonus, I appreciate knowing that LG has actually put thought into their environmental and ethical impacts; plenty of room for improvement, but miles ahead of other brands like Apple. The only things I could possibly ask for are: - a number pad (which could've been done with the existing keyboard using a number lock function), - brighter max screen brightness (it can be hard to see the screen when I'm outside on sunny days), - a stylus dock (which I guess I could fix with the right case? Maybe I just want LG to make a special case for the gram 14 with a stylus holder, I would buy that.), - a built-in webcam cover (yes I'm nitpicking), - and honestly, left and right mouse pad buttons, but I realize most people would hate that.

It is very light 2-in-1. It is a little hard to navigate at times but I am going from a HP to an LG. It has different tools in spots. It is not really any faster than the HDD I have been using. The key board is not full size so I am still trying to adapt. I hit the wrong buttons all the time when writing articles and the on-off switch is right by the delete button... I have had to buy a series of accessories (external key board and external disc reader-writer) to make it work for my needs. Overall I like it but would not have bought it if I had been able to handle it at a store (I bought online). I really do like the spacing of a full-size key board.

It worked well in the beginning after a year after purchase it started making loud noises. and getting hold of customer cares a hassle.
