[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found after 3 1/2 rolls, it is very strong. Not a rip, tear or even a shred one. Surprisingly no lint either. Didn't need to use a lot, rolls last a long time. Being that it is so thick and strong, my only worry is, is it safe for my septic tank. Time will tell. I will use up my remaining old brand and switch to Charmin Ultra Strong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] News Flash! All toilet papers are not created equal! Charmin Ultra Strong is clearly superior to others. My wife and I (especially my wife) use a heck of a lot less each time and the quality is second to none.

The roll is a good size. Not to small where your placing the roll all the time and not to big where it will not fit the roll dispenser.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little skeptical before trying the Charmin Ultra Strong toilet paper since it wasn't the first brand I had tried that claimed to be very strong. Surprisingly, it did live up to that claim and in the end I switched to the Charmin Ultra Strong from the Cottonelle brand I had been using as my main brand. Pros of the Charmin: It feels noticeably thicker and soft to the touch,...somewhat cushiony. It is strong as they claim, it didn't tear, poke through, or pill as weaker brands do. Since it's stronger and thicker you will use less. The package claims up to 4x less, I would say you will use about half the amount you would normally use unless you have really thin garbagey toilet paper like I have at work- what a colleague calls "tracing paper" instead of toilet paper. Cons: Although it is soft to the touch when you actually use it on your ...ahem...sensitive area then you find out it's not quite as soft as you think. It's not rough but it's also not soft....somewhere in between...my guess is that that strength comes at a price.... It's more expensive- at times double the price of even Charmin's ultra soft type. Still, since you are using about half the amount you kind of break even so I don't really consider that much of a deterrent. Overall opinion: Although, not quite as soft as I would have imagined it from feeling it by hand it's still soft enough and much stronger than any other brand I have tried. I find that taking everything into account it is worth the switch and is the new brand of choice for me. It is more expensive and can be up to double the price of even Charmin's other choices but since you are using half the amount you would use if using other types I feel that isn't a deal breaker. Besides with a sale and coupon you are then ahead of the game. If you are tired of toilet paper ripping , tearing and needing to fold it over 2 or 3 times to get the job done then this one is definitely worth checking out.

The minute I placed this new roll into my bathroom everyone loved it. The feeling of the toilet paper felt strong and secure. You didn't need to use a lot and it kept it's shape without tearing or weakening in anyplace. I have to say Charmin did a great job with this high quality product. It worked like it was supposed to work and I felt secure and happy using it on a daily basis.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a great product. The thickness of the 2 ply is a better quality than other 2 ply papers. Like two thin sheets together still equal a thin 2 ply BUT Charmin has 2 thick single sheets joined together making a thicker 2 ply. That in turn allows you to use less. Another feature that I LOVE is that it doesn't leave the "dust" when you tear it like another well known brand. I and my family prefer Charmin over other brands.

It's strong and durable and with the use of just a couple of sheets you get that cleanness! The only thing is it's kind of rough so if you don't like the roughness then this toilet paper isn't for you. I will definitely be recommending this toilet paper to people I know!
