Without sounding like a crazy person, I want to let you know that I have used Charmin for years but this new iteration is the best yet. After using it, I will never use another kind again. The best way to put it is that Charmin Ultra Strong is like Bounty but for your butt. My wife and I have used it and we agree that it is strong enough to clean up random bathroom messes and spills and does not crumble or tear no matter what and yet it's soft and gentle. This makes it unique in that it leaves you feeling squeaky clean while not compromising on the softness and feel on your skin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the charmin ultra strong tp, but it didnt last as long as scott 1000 sheets did. the scott brand is hard to beat though. it all depends on your preference in tp. i prefer longer lasting vs softness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using fluffy, quilted tp for quite a while, using 5 sheets and still putting up with the tearing and "failures", I expected this new tough type to be like cardboard. To my surprise though, it's very soft, and so strong I can use half as many sheets. It's definitely my new "go" to paper.

Recently purchased and to my family's surprise, it is no longer the toliet paper we trust and love. Now, a toliet paper party is a must. See what others are using and recommend. We will just use this to tp someones home. That's how bad it is. Go back to the original, please!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using Charmin ultra strong I realized that this product was stronger in terms of durability than my cure entry quilted northern tp. After some use the biggest advantage of using ultra strong was the tp would not rip during the cleaning process. U did howe've notice that it did cause some irritation as more cleaning was needed compared to my current in home product. I do appreciate the added strength of Charmin ultra strong, but in terms of efficient cleaning and less irritation, Charmin ultra strong did not pass the test

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received my Ultra Strong Charmin toliet paper, I simply added it to the supply of toliet paper in my storage closet and didn't give it another thought. Little did I know how much I would need those bears to help me quickly identify the Charmin later. It was the day after Thanksgiving and I had food poisoning. Yes, it was the moment by which all toliet paper can be judged. Having quickly used up what was left on my roll of some other toilet paper, I realized this was the best time to break out Charmin Ultra Strong. What I first realized was that I didn't need to fold it over a gazillion times. Even several sheets of Charmin got the job done so I never felt wasteful. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if I use it next time I have a sinus cold- it's that durable. The next thing I realized was the softness. It's not scratchy like so many toilet papers and given how sensitive my region was, Charmin was like a soft pillow for my bum. I used Charmin many many times that weekend and I'm thankful it was by my side the whole time. I'll definitely look for Charmin Ultra Strong on my next store visit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Charmin Ultra Strong "toilet tissue" (to be called "TP") is noticeably softer than my regular brand of TP, which is colloquially known as "the cheap stuff". No question that Charmin is thicker, softer, and all-around better than my usual stuff. And - sheet-for-sheet - it's certainly worth paying more for this good stuff. With its extra thickness and strength, I'd be comfortable saying I could use less of the Charmin Ultra than of the generic. But (and since I gave it three stars, you should have known I'd throw my "butt" in there), my unscientific impression is that the roll is smaller, and gets used up quicker, even though we were using fewer squares per roll. So the economics get questionable, and I don't have the answer: Is it worth paying more for the higher quality, and getting a lower quantity (both in number of sheets and number of uses)? For some, I'm sure the answer is "yes". I'm not so sure of that for myself and my wife (we didn't ask the kids).

The one thing that I like is that you use less sheet then you would with a standard brand. It's a keeper! Mr. Wipple I will be squeezing this Charmin!!
