Terrible

I've had nothing but issues with my Phillips TV 65 inch model number Philips 65PFL5704 the screen goes red blue green. I can't do anything with it. It has the software updates, etc.. worst TV ever I can't even afford to get a new one

This is a good TV. Sometimes it takes a couple minutes for the screen to go from grainy to the good detail when turning it on but otherwise it serves its purpose. You may have some difficulty with the remote but their custoner service is helpful.

How do you get Amazon Prime? Should have bought a cheaper plain old TV and continued using Roku. I am not very tech savvy and can't figure it out. Other wise a great TV.

Not the best for internet steaming!

The TV picture and features are nice. However it's insanely laggy and will just reboot at random times. I have read all the troubleshooting tips. However non of that helps the TV. It's just a poor processor or poor software setup. I have never owned any other brand of TV. Have two old Phillips plasma TV's 50” and they have lasted 12yrs not one issue. Now this TV is not even in the league of those two for sure as far as quality of manufacturing from the remote to the actual set it self. I will be checking out another brand the next time out for a new TV.

Works alright most of the timr

Since buying the television and setting it up, we have had periodic issues. First, we couldn't get it configured properly in Google. Ince that was resolved, we started having issues where every few days it won't turn on, and we have to unplug it and then plug it back in to hard reset it. Once we do that, we have to reset the picture preferences because the backlight, brightness, contrast and colour are reduced to ZERO. It then works for a couple days until we have to reset it again.
