I've tried this twice and I just don't like it. Maybe I just don't like the taste or texture of any "quick cook" rice. But adding salt is a mistake, it does not need salt. I will not be buying this again.

Simple to make, tastey, does not stick at all. Absolutely perfect.

But absolutely does not cook in 12 minutes. More like 20. Makes excellent fried rice.
