I've been using liquid IVs for a while now and hated that I had to drink so much water to mute the strong flavor. These definitely have less sugar and less strong flavor and more Vitamin C than the immune support Liquid IV. I am happy that it also has the elderberry as well. Great product and I hope it stays in stock!

It also had sugar. How does sugar help build your immune system?? It doesn't!! No one needs more of that. I returned it the next day.
