Bought this a week ago. I warmed it up for the first days with some easy driving. Then took it on two moderate trails (Several very steep hills, didn't bog at all). When you go over washboard you don't feel it (soft ride). We got it for $7,499 before tax a sams club in arizona, if we got a 500 polaris Ranger we would have paid at least $9,499. The Ranger has 1.3 less hp, no winch, no doors, no mirrors, 1 inch less clearance, 1" fatter than Outfitter, And believe it or not the Ranger 500's do not have 4wd just awd. The Outfitter on the other hand has modes for 2wd-awd-4wd(locking diffs makes the diff.) Buy this!!!! Best utv's for the money? THIS ONE! (In my opinion :)

We purchased this UTV, because we live on a small farm with cattle, etc. It had all the features I was looking for. My husband and I are retired and needed a utility vehicle for our farm. So far I love it. It took awhile for us to learn all the features and how they work, and we had to call Coleman customer service for help and they answered right away and were very helpful. We use this for jobs around our property and to check on our animals, mend fences, pick up debris, haul trash, etc. The reason I did not give it 5 stars; it is a bit louder than I would like, and I noticed after running for awhile it does heat up in the driver area. You do have to give it a lot of gas to get it going it does not have a lot of power, but for what we are using it for it works fine.

Recently purchased and because “I got it for a good price” says Coleman, they are unwilling to provide replacement parts for items that were found to be missing/broken/corroded. I didn't notice some items until I got the unit home and cleaned it up. The unit I purchased has apparently been sitting for two years and has salt corrosion, asking with rubber parts that are disintegrating. Hoping I can get some help through Sam's Club for the parts I need.

WARNING: ALL SALES ARE FINAL! This has been the worst nightmare purchase I've ever made at Sam's Club. Some things just shouldn't be bought there, and this is one of them. At a big box retail store, there really isn't a way to correctly test drive a UTV to insure it functions correctly. The junk I got would star and drive onto the trailer - and that's about it. At home, (with less than 1 mile on the unit) it proved incapable of exceeding 10 mph in any drivetrain configuration. It bogs down and lurches violently if given any additional throttle. (I have 20 years experience with off-road vehicles, so user error isn't the problem.) With less than a mile on the odometer, it will have to go for service, and that will likely take a month due to backlog. Hunting season will be over, and this terminally ill patient may never get to use the machine to go on a hunt. Way to go Sam's Club!

Coleman is a re-branded Hisun. They are garbage. In under 20 hour on the UTV; exhaust came off, blow by, belt imploded, gas bed spring broke, skid plate came apart.
