I love goat cheese so I was excited when I saw these. I popped them in the air fryer for 7 mins and then placed them on top of a salad. They were so yummy.

Pretty solid

These are pretty dang solid. Goat cheese flavor is present, but not overwhelming if you don't LOVE goat cheese. Says mozzarella too, but I don't get any of that. Would be cooler if it came paired w a sauce of some sort!
