This bike is quiet, easy on the rear end, and all around great exercise machine.

This bike has been used almost daily since it's purchase. Great for people of just about any fitness level.

Didn't work when arrived. Took forever to find a customer service phone number on Nordoctracks website. Their help chat no one ever showed up. Finally speaking to someone I had to follow a long list of trial and error things (such as restarting) when the issue was the wheel grinding. They finally are sending me a new resistance motor, bit don't cover installing it. Considering returning to Sam's Club bit don't want carry this thing back upstairs.
