I grew up with my best friends mom making this and so when I saw it in stores I picked it up, this is the only premade seasoning my husband will eat because it doesnt give him heartburn like the others!

This seasoning is the best I've ever had. I can't do spicy, but this stuff is great. It's mild but it's certainly isn't tasteless. I used to use the mccormick for years but seen this and decided to try it. It's the best and I put extra in my chili. Best pot I've ever made. Thanks French's. Told my dad and he wants to try it, he's in RI. Gotta see if stores carry it up there.

Even though I make extremely hot chili, I've found that this is the best base around. It really thickens my chili up & adds a lot of taste. I wish Sam's offered this product all year round but it only seems to be offered during the winter, so stock up!
