I received my Cottonelle Ultra Comfortcare Soft Tissue Paper as a free trial sample. I am completely satisfied with it. It's very soft but is effective. It doesn't rip or fall apart when you use it. And you also don't have to use a lot of it. My kids are very picky. I bought a cheaper brand and they came out of the bathroom telling me something is wrong with the toilet paper. ;when they tried the Cottonelle, they thought the ripples were cool. I have also shared with friends and family and they really liked it too. We will definitely be switching to Cottonelle when we start running low.

I love the convenience of shopping and home delivery. But both times I have ordered I've had a bit of trouble. The Cottonelle 24 Mega Rolls were never delivered. The email order kept saying delivered. But it was not!--- I did contact costumer service. No results. The cans of different items were bent and wrappers torn. Actually, the items were in a huge box, no packing paper so everything just " rolled around" in a big loose box. I was a bit surprised, So several items were damaged. I do like Walmart and will try one more time. Tks. JSA

During covid-19, we had to switch from our regular toilet paper and this was available online. We had doubts about it because it wasn't as soft or as pretty. However, my sons were commenting how they really like it now because of its thickness and it is plenty soft. Parents like it, too :)

Received this product in exchange for my unbiased review of the product. The first thing that strikes me is the fact that the rolls are much more narrow than normal rolls. Love the softness, but the width of the rolls is a little off putting. It does the job better than most toilet paper products, but would appreciate a wider width.

The Cottonelle Ultra ComfortCare Soft Toilet Paper is amazing! You only have to use 2-3 sheets compared to the regular 4-6 sheets with other two-ply toilet paper I have used in the past. This toilet paper is amazing! Its super soft yet durable and strong. It has a ripple texture to it that cleans much more efficiently than any other brand and the sheets are so thick and durable, that you don't have to use as much. Also, it's biodegradable and septic tank safe! It doesn't fall apart as you're using it which is a plus! It was gentle enough to use to wipe my 1 year old son butt with when I ran out of baby wipes the other day so that should tell you something. I shared some of my rolls with a few family members and friends too and they loved it just as much as me! We've all decided Cottonelle is definitely our go to toilet paper brand from now on. Would definitely recommend to everyone!
