The screen is confusing and it is hard to choose the function that you are looking for. Very slow on getting out the first page.

Great features. Not easily accessible

The unit functions flawlessly and is very intuitive in it's operation. The wireless feature is most helpful and makes it a great purchase.

Only unlikable feature, fax can not be set to pick up or not. Had to discount from phone line. Other wise would of given 5 stars.

Love it, my only complaint is set up... the printer part was easy but the scanner was not but did get it all working and I'm very please...

I  had to replace my MFCJ6710DW, which I really liked but it died. When I got this started I was amazed that the picture quality was even better.

Awesome Machine For a Small Office

I am having a great deal of difficulty.  This is my first Brother printer.  The photo quality is very poor.  I cannot make a copy and have the entire page show.  It cuts off edges.  I tried to scan and it does the same thing.

LOts of trouble

Called the number listed oin your web site to report a problem with this printer and got someone from India wh told me the only way to fix the printer problem was to pay them to fix my new Lenova laptop

poor technical support

I am very disappointed with this printer.  It falls asleep and loses the wifi connection and cannot seem to wake itself up.  If you turn off the printer and turn it back on again all is OK.  Who wants to be doing this every few hours when the printer is in another location.  The only good thing about this printer is it has great printer cartridges which print an amazing number of pages.  This printer is good for printing and copying that's all.  Your software team should be embarrassed by this product!  How difficult could it be to sense the wifi is not connected and trigger a reconnect every minute or so until it connects?

Terrible for multi user or low tech environment

Overall, this printer is a good value considering the print/scan/copy/fax capabilities. I switched brands from HP to Brother, due to ink costs and other reasons. A set of ink cartridges for this printer is a little over $100, while the ink for the HP was over $400!
The setup was fast and easy, and it supports a variety of paper handling functions. I've read that some folks think the printing is fuzzy, but I'd have to guess that it has more to do with the quality of paper they are using.  Use good paper and you will get good results.  I print everything from text to graphics, and I am happy with the output.
I'm hoping Brother reliability and support are better than HP, but since I've only had the printer for about a month, I cannot offer comments on that.
