I needed this tent for an event. I took it out of the box it appeared clean and unused but there were no wheels on the carrying case and the spikes were missing. I called the manufacturer. They promised to send a new carrying case and spikes to me. I have not received them.

Product Appeared to be a resale/return

I have around forty 10' X 10' canopies that get put up and taken down 3 times a week. I just bought 2 of the EZ Up canopies and found them to be far better than my other commercial canopies.

Much easier to setup.
