Setup was super easy - took less than 10 minutes with no tools needed. Everything just clicks into place. Perfect size for bedrooms - not too large or small, fits just right. This is not a sturdy recliner. If I lean too far forward trying to get out the base comes up and the whole thing Almost falls over.
