Shopping with Sam's was great. FedEx delivery was horrible. I watched the delivery guy ROLL my wine cooler out of his van and onto the ground and placed two wheel dolly under the side of the box not the bottom. The box was all torn up. I refused delivery after seeing it being rolled out of the FedEx van, rolled on the ground, picked up on the side instead of bottom and box in bad shape.
