Great tv!!

Bought it a few weeks ago and have enjoyed it immensely. Easy to set to my streaming service and love the many apps. Picture quality is wonderful. I have always loved Vizio tvs. My previous was 10 years old and still running great. Just wanted an upgrade.

nice tv, needs bugs worked out

When I bought the TV it was working good, then all of a sudden it is saying hot plug HDMI port 1, so I switched plugs, and now says Hot plug port 2. So when the plug is hot the only way I can get the cable to come on is, to use the input button change it off the hot port and then switch it back. other than that aggravating issue, it has been a good tv. just hope that this issue does not tear up my tv.

Too complicated...

My old TV died. A friend purchased a 50" Vizio as a gift for me. These New TV's with their Milllions of functions might be Great for the Young Generation. BUt I am a 50s child, and have No idea how to use all the features on this TV, nor would I want to. Twice I get lost in the programs, and first had no sound for a couple weeks until my son could come and fix what I had done. THe second time, I lost my antenia stations completely for a couple weeks. I do not use cable or fancy attachments. Again, had to get a friend to come and get me back on the antenna stations. Now I am EXTREMELY careful not to hit any stray buttons on the remote. Alll the options are just a BIG PAIN to me....

These options are optional features on the TV and if you accidentally bump the wrong button, no worries, we can help with that! Most likely you'll just need to double-tap the Input button on your remote to cycle back to the correct input. I bought this tv based on past experiences with Vizio TVs. I am pleased wit it's performance but not happy that it dose not support Sling. One of my reasons for buying a new tv was to be able to cancel my cable subscription which I have done. I found a work around that enables me to now got Sling.

Cutting the cable, Great Technology

Whole lot of stuff built into this TV, way more features than I ever expected. Viewing options out of the box could be sufficient for most folks. Setup and customization is pretty straight forward, only been at it for about 20 days, still discovering all kinds of fun stuff.

Very Nice Television

We have two Vizio Televisions in our home already. We moved the living room television to another room in order to purchase the larger 50' for our living room. Now we have three! We love the Vizio brand. The picture is amazing and we have never had a problem with our other Vizio televisions. Very nice product!

Great TV for the price

I find the TV setup was quick and very easy. The controls are easy to understand and mounting the TV on the was was a snap as all mounting brackets seem to work. A couple of complaints I have is that the Plex app is lacking some the features you find when it's running on a Apple TV or other streaming device. My major complaint about the TV has to do with the sound. I purchased this TV for my home office and find the sound is very tinny and sometimes hard to really hear without turning it up really loud. My older 60" Vizio has way better sound quality.

Smart TV means Smart TV

I purchased this TV to have a larger set in my living room. I already had 2 Vizio TVs. When I set everything up and turned it on, it automatically connected to DVD/Sound system. I started to program my TV channels but it too was done. I am very happy with the V-Series Vizio thus far.

Amazing sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this sound bar to go with my tv in my back room. It has amazing sound. It sounds like I'm in a theater! Definitely recommend this Vizio product… love it! It's amazing!!! So easy to hook up and install too

Great picture but

I bought this to replace my fathers 50 inch and to do away with Roku. I like the picture quality but we still have to use the Roku because VISIO does not have an App Store. You can only use their approved Apps. If your purchase smartv you should not have to use a fire stick or Roku device.
