Home screen didn't work

The home screen was completely black. After talking to a representative I was told it was a known issue and they are working on a update to fix it. I asked how long it would be and they told me they couldn't give me a time frame. So they expected me to keep a tv that I could use for Netflix or Hulu or even connecting a xbox to it and using it because the home screen wouldn't show anything.

Expansive smart features. Easy to set up

I was pretty pleased with all the smart features. It was really easy to set up. I only had a slight problem getting the stand to sit just right to screw in. I ended up getting a vizio soundbar because the speakers leave something to be desired. I didn't really expect it to be mindblowing for the price point. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase so far.

Meh

I didn't expect this thing to be great, it's a "budget TV" after all and the picture is about what I expected. However, the built-in speakers are entirely useless (rattling / vibrations even at low levels; not ok). Yesterday it would not let me sign out of Hulu (only switch between profiles on the current account) and now today it can't find my--or anyone else's--wireless network at all.

Great features especially for the price

I've had it for 3 or so weeks now. And I don't have a bad thing to say about it. Getting Apple HomeKit and the Vizio app setup up was a little tricky, but I eventually got it. I think my problems were mostly because of the type of internet I have. Also can't review the TVs speakers because I bought a soundbar and immediately turned the tv speakers off.

Nice TV except for issues with remote

I purchased this TV a week ago and am very happy with it except for one issue. The volume on the remote doesn't work properly. It's either delayed or I need to take the batteries out and put them back in for the buttons to work. Fortunately I purchased a soundbar for it and able to adjust the volume with that. Otherwise, I am happy with the TV itself.

Best value for your buck …

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you want something to stream 4K movies & watch tv shows / anime, this is the tv for you. I mean the only hiccup I've experienced is random bars in the middle of the screen, but that was only because of the recent power outages in my city. Was able to reboot it after not touching it for a couple of days. I only trust VIZIO tvs for my entertainment experiences ! lol

Features are fine, sound not so great

Bought the TV several weeks ago, easy to set up, although there were some issues but the VIZIO representative was able to talk me through it. One thing that is lacking is the sound. Our previous TV had great sound, only needed the volume to be 30, this TV has the sound system at the bottom & does not project into the room, we need to set the volume at 80 to hear it properly.

Disappointed

I bought this TV a couple weeks ago just before Discovery+ channel was released. Much to my disappointment I found I cannot add other apps or channels to what is already preset on this TV. My Hulu now thinks it is in a central time zone and no matter what I have tried I cannot correct it. This is apparently a known issue as I visited the help section and many people have this same problem. Tried the reset tricks suggested but it still didn't work. I thought perhaps casting from my phone to the TV would work but after doing that for a few days the volume buttons on the remote no longer controlled the volume. I would push the button and 2 minutes later (I timed it) the volume would appear on the screen and change. I had to do a factory reset just to go back to using the basic remote functions. I have just decided to when I want to watch Hulu or Discovery+ I have to go to my bedroom away from my family or drag them in there with me and not use my brand new 65 inch TV.

Excellent Value!

Good picture, good features, esp: - Works well with casting (except Twitch - seems mostly a Twitch limitation) - Good selection of streaming apps - Can be controlled/powered on or off by attached devices, like Google Home or Roku - Nice app for remote control. The physical remote design could use some work; it isn't easy to feel if it is right-side-up or upside-down, and the pseudo ergonomic shape doesn't help. The dedicated service buttons at the top are a joke, as are those on most remotes: Vudu, Kumo, Crackle and iHeart Radio? Who needs a hotkey for those? And I like Vudu and Crackle. Netflix and Amazon, absolutely, and it should have Hulu. All in all, very good. Just not perfect, and the remote design is the primary imperfection.

Space Age Technology

I have had my Vizzo 70 inch about a month now and I must say, that I am truly happy with my purchase. The 70 inch screen along is amazing, I never had so much clarity and color in a television screen. Not to mention all the apps that come with it and the other technology involved.
