Great gift idea and was everything I needed for a romantic picnic with my fiancé! I especially like the white sturgeon caviar. Came with a great little cooler that is great small meals or drinks.

The caviar was fine but the creme fraiche was curdled. The product was brought into the home immediately after delivery.

The product may be fine but it is inedible upon receipt. I live in Texas. Shipping with 4 little ice bags in the box that all leaked out during delivery and only one little bag in the ice chest. The first order as well as the replacement arrived with caviar at 77 degrees! The creme Fraise looked curdled. Two day delivery in 90 plus weather without dry ice does not work. But kudos to Sams for refunding 159/00 twice!! And sending a gift card for the missed birthday present and follow up Father Day present on the second try!

The merchandise was poorly packed for delivery, lacking proper icing and shipping labels. The package was placed in the mailbox instead of being delivered directly to the home. As the product was perishable, it spoiled entirely.

This box was delivered with the contents at 75-80 degrees. No intact ice packs and in a disintegrated cardboard box wrapped in a trash bag. The fact that overnight shipping isn't an option for this is insane. Now I get to throw away $150 of caviar.
