I love using this! I have an account with Cinemark and I name my gift card and put the numbers in and I've never had a problem. I do this all the time because I am an avid movie watcher. It always comes to my email very quickly.

I have bought this numerous times with no problem. ONE time as MeganS reviewed, it did not show activated but Sam's CS quickly refunded and resolved the problem. Not a problem since.

GC was sent by email promptly, but I was unable to use it since it was not "activated" and there was no way to activate it. Cinemark customer service eventually solved the problem.
