Really loving this bike! I got this bike and all pieces and parts were packaged in a neat and organized way! This made assembly super easy and quick. It took my husband about 45 minutes to get everything set up and ready to ride! The instructions were super straight forward and there was a QR code that he could scan and watch videos if he needed assistance. It also came with a user manual to read about all of the features this bike had. As soon as we finished assembling the bike, we took it out for a ride. The ride is sooo smooth and gets up to 20 mph! It is so fun to ride and the seat is very comfortable! I would definitely recommend this bike!!

I’ve had this bike for a couple of months or so. It was great to start; able to get up to just about 20 miles per hour (19.6 mph ). It was running smooth up until a couple weeks ago- after accelerating to the max speed, it would start to de-accelerate on its own. I’d have to release the throttle and turn it again to pick back up speed at least 3-5 times throughout the course of a ride. Also when brakes, it’s starting to squeal louder by the ride
