Wrong Size

I've tried ordering a size 12 twice now in the blue color. Both times I've been sent size 2 instead. The quality seems ok, I noticed some sequins missing the shiny tops right out of the box. Cute otherwise.

ONLY ORDER THESE SHOES IF YOU WANT A SIZE 2. I have returned these shoes two times, the second time I asked for a replacement with specific instructions for a size 12, and they still sent me a size 2 for a third time.
