This is a great watch for a great price. If you are like me, you are looking for a great value proposition. If you want a daily wear watch you can use at work and at leisure, this watch ticks all the boxes! This watch (AW1240-57L) is part of Citizen Watches’Sport Luxury Collection. It has an impressive set of upgraded features that you don’t often find in this price range. When I started looking at new watches at Sam’s Club, my short list of desired specs included…a large case (42mm or higher) that will fit my 8 inch wrist, a titanium build that is lighter and stronger than traditional stainless steel cases and bracelets, a sapphire crystal that adds durability and clarity and a solar powered battery system so that I don’t have to worry about winding my watch all the time or my battery power reserve going dead if I switch to a different watch for a few days and don’t pay attention to this one. I was looking for an I was looking for a watch that had a very simple easy to read watch face uncluttered by too many complications or other unnecessary adornments. And I wanted all of this for less than $500. This watch met every single one of those requirements for only $300 at Sam’s Club. I have only just barely come into possession of this watch, but I’m gonna give it a couple of months and see if it will fill the replace my daily driver or if I want to save it for some specific use case scenarios. The clarity of the blue dial is amazing on this watch the accents of the case and the strap complement the face color brilliantly. This is a great watch to use for informal or possibly even semi-formal events, if you don’t have time to run home for a wardrobe change. If I had to list any areas of improvement that I would like to see in this watch I would say maybe I would prefer an upgraded buckle on the bracelet. The one included with the watch is fine, but it’s plain stamped metal. There’s nothing to write home about it. I like the push button butterfly clasps on some other mid-tier luxury watches like you might find on the Bulova Surveyor product line. I would also love to see the addition of atomic timekeeping that would make this watch the perfect set and forget it watch but those areas are just some ideas or suggestions that I would love to see as upgrades and not necessarily complaints about the current functionality of this watch. Seriously this watch is a solid buy for the price! I didn’t mention this, but it comes with a five-year warranty on top of everything else.

This is super titanium watch that is super lightweight and easy to read. The lumen on the watch face can be seen all night long. This is the first watch I've been able to sleep while wearing it. Great for everyday use,
