Product arrived well packed; box inside a box with Styrofoam sheets to add protection, shelves were protected from rubbing against glass. Owner's manual didn't give any instruction on how to attach the handles to the doors. It was fairly obvious, but very tricky to do because the screws (about 1.5 inches long) had to be put through the thick door and there was no tube guiding it through to the other side. The rubber insulation was also in the way and had to be pushed aside. The unit is in an air conditioned and heated part of the house. We keep the temperature set at 76 in the summer. But this unit is not cooling to the lowest settable temperature for the white wines. The fan is somewhat loud, louder than an old desktop computer fan, and it runs all the time. If I could have found a comparably priced unit with the same look and features but with a compressor cooling system, I would have purchased that instead.
