Bad experience

We bought this freezer, it arrived with a bad thermostat to begin with. We have been waiting for the replacement and shipping info is still not available. One thing the company has to consider if they want small businesses to buy this freezer, they have to be quick and responsive. We will be asking for a refund if the replacement won’t arrive soon and is in a brand new working condition.
