Easy to use and setup

I have purchased several Seaga Envisions and love them. Reliable and durable.

We bought this machine about a month ago and we are happy that we did!

The same thing happened to me, too

All they want to do not replace anything. Same thing. Put the sign to the machine, but that's not the point. You are losing money. Those machines are over 6500.

Terrible Coin Mechanism/Terrible Support

Spoke to tech support manager. Wow, what a disappointing and combative man. I've had this machine for 1 week. The machine's coin mechanism has jammed 3 times already. To abbreviate a long story, the tech support manager claimed everything was fine and dandy with the coin mech and that customers were just putting in quarters too fast. He recommended to put a sign on the machine. I'm sorry, but I've had many different vending machines and they never jammed this frequently. And the solution to put a sign is not a workable solution. Customers do not read signs. The tech manager said if the sign is not workable, then I am putting my machines in an improper location. LOL LOL LOL. Ok, so I have to find a different machine that does not jam because their machine will??? And how condescending is that...saying that my location is not suitable for his machine? I do not like the attitude of this company. They want to point the finger and blame everything except their equipment. I'm sorry, I know your machine jams more often than other machines, so you've got a problem. You can't just point your finger and ignore the problem. Your company will go down the tubes pretty fast like that.
